Hey Guys

Been reading about this threshold system on another forum
and I was wondering if many of you guys are running them yet?
If so what are your thoughts on this setup I am interested in them
but unsure as I havent heard to much feedback about them
So any reviews would be appreciated

Cheers

John

Hi john I have one to go on my sand rail build im doing, i have heard very good reports about them..

From threshold himself.
This filter set-up has been tested for months in extreme dusty conditions by Mr. Hostile (Rob) at his facility. He too was very skepical, but I made a believer out of him! He could not tell any loss of air flow or power on his car, even when it looked as if it was dirty. The vibrations from your motor (and lots of bouncing around!) shake loose dirt off the filter while running. Wet dirt clumps fall off too. The only time this set-up is not recommended is if you drive in water, but most don't anyways. I will be making a "shield" sometime soon to cover the filter for really wet conditions. The stock foam pre-filter does fit around this filter if you want another layer of protection. Very soon I hope the people who have purchased this product will chime in on their thoughts, so check back often.

Thank-you! J.R. / Threshold

and my one i have

hope that helps
Andrew

Thats not a copy in any way, shape or form. Obviously it needs to be thoruoghly tested but at least with integy it will be instock most of the time not a production run once every whenever and shops can easily order them from integy not waiting for manufactures who conviently forget to tell you the run is finished and it all ends up on the shelves of overseas shops.

Where can we get the genuine Tecumseh filter elements for these systems?
Thanks

They could well be better than threshold if its a one piece unit, just need people to try them.

You would hope there is the ability to change the filter element though.
